Here’s your reminder to get crackin’ on your Uncorned Beef by Lucinda Scala Quinn featured in Martha Stewart Living. If you haven’t already picked up a brisket then get going to the store. If you already have your brisket then pull it out, mix up your spices and rub away. It needs to marinate overnight for tomorrows dinner.
