Uncorned Reuben Sandwich (Part 3 of 3)

Still have some uncorned beef leftover?  Here is how we made our reuben sandwiches.  All you need is some rye bread and swiss cheese.  We made the same faux sauerkraut to put on the sandwiches, pictured below.

In case you missed it, this is the final installment of a three part saga.  Here’s the Uncorned Beef Part 1 and Uncorned Beef Hash Part 2.

Once they’re together, slap those babies into your cast iron frying pan with some butter.

Almost ready.

We had enough meat leftover that we has reuben sandwiches two days in a row.
